XGen Meme
From XgenWiki
An XGen Meme is the XGenstudios Forums equivalent of an in-joke. Named so for the legendary 4chan in-jokes that started it all, they normally originate in Spammer Land.

- Replacing "fuck" with "hump" - At first, the word filter changed words like "fuck" and "shit" to "####." The word filter was eventually changed to show "fuck" as "hump" and "shit" as "poop." After much complaining and ridiculing from the Xgen members,"fuck" was changed back to "####" but "shit" remains "poop" to this day. Members will still type "hump" on purpose because they find it entertaining, and those that hate "poop" will type "####" on their own to avoid the filter kicking in.
- 11111111111111ballsacks111111111111111111 - Started by Syrito, Dan, and e p. One day, while a certain member of Stick Arena's "Goog Clan" was trying to proclaim his elitism over "XGen leeches" (even though he PLAYED an XGen Game), the Spammer Land community decided the instigator was an idiot. They ridiculed him. In the thread where the Goog member was causing trouble, Syrito told e p something along the lines of "Let's make an SA clan and call it ballsack." Later, Dan posted "11111111111111ballsacks111111111111111111", a parody of Goog Clan's "11111111111111googwave111111111111111111"; however, this one signified a new clan, run by the Spammer Land elite. The word spread like wildfire, much to the chagrin of pretentious members of a Stick Arena clan.
- FULL POWERRRRR - Or any variation of POWER/POWAR, when XGen members play a game of Online Mini-Putt, shooting the ball at maximum power and saying "FULL POWERRRRR" in the game chat will ensure a victory.
- 34 - Spammerland's forum number http://forums.xgenstudios.com/forumdisplay.php?f=34. It also happens to be the number of RULE 34 on the "Rules of the Internet", which claims that everything which exists has a porn equivalent. Users refer to Spammerland as "34".
- You have _ posts, nobody cares. - Used to troll or flame a user who's said something which they think is important. It first appeared in this thread and became a meme as a protest to LizardRob getting banned for saying it.
- Typing in invisitext (#F5F5FF) - Before the XGen Halloween Theme came out there was only the VBulletin layout for the forums. This hexadecimal color value was used to make it impossible to read text and hide a message. This was utilized in a legendary thread where moderators held a fake application thread where the users had to create a humorous story and send them via e-mail to ManUpstairs in order to become moderators themselves. It turns out that at the creator of the thread, ManUpstairs, had stated that the entire thread was a joke, but had written it in invisitext.
- Blank Post - a non-breaking invisible character is used to make an entirely blank post.
- Blue text for sarcasm - Users would type in blue text to indicate sarcasm, and people who didn't know this rule would be tricked into thinking that the person was being serious. More recently, people have encouraged people to not use sarcasm, claiming that you should be able to tell whether a post is sarcastic based on who's posting it.
- ALLCAPS/c - Users will post a message in entirely capital letters, then put "/c" at the end of their post so that the message filter doesn't detect that their post is capitalized, so that the post doesn't get changed to lower case.
- Prole - A term for an XGen member who isn't in the Elites. At first it was considered derogatory, but now anyone who isn't a newfag knows it's a joke.
- longlongparty.jpg - An image 28672 pixels tall, which consists of an image from Mario Party 8's Wii box art repeated over and over vertically, every other image is flipped upside-down so that it repeats seamlessly. The original link to longlongparty.jpg is http://negre.jonanin.com/longlongparty.jpg. There was a thread in which users came up with a code to block longlongparty and/or all large images with a javascript code[1].
- MMeister Fails Again - Started by YoureANubcake in the Spammerland thread Russia. The user MMeister would commonly make posts that weren't funny and barely made sense. Eventually, YANc made the post "MMeister fails again," which quickly caught on among other users. For a while, after every post made by MMeister, a "MMeister fails again" was sure to follow. Now rarely done, except for the sake of nostalgia or when MMeister makes a stupid post.
- Bandwagon - When one user does something and a number of other users imitate. During January to early February of 2008, XGen users MOOGLEFIGHTER [see MOOGLEFIGHTER] and Joest [see Joest] sported sets of furry [see Furry] avatars and signatures. Following, a multitude of users acquired sets from MOOGLEFIGHTER which led to a huge flame war [see Flame War] between conformists and nonconformists. The event led to a massive banning of all users who did not remove the furry sets. A similar event had users sporting Dr. Steel sets [see Dr. Steel].
- Rate Threads - Topics in which a user evaluates members who have posted in said thread. A rate thread can range from number scale rating (#/10) or category ratings (I Like You; You Suck). More modern rate threads provide descriptions below each member rated. They appear in clusters, as users tend to create threads in a sort of bandwagon [see Bandwagon].
- SAfag - Used to describe or name a person who frequents the Stick Arena forum or plays Stick Arena. Users from Spammerland enjoy trolling SAfags to exploit their apparent stupidity. The term is not to be confused with "SomethingAwful fag", which is a term coined by 4chan to describe users from SomethingAwful.
- +1 post count - Used before and after the removal of post count in Spammerland. Users originally used Spammerland to bolster their post count and would use +1 post count along with other phrases in their posts. After post count was removed in Spammerland, users said +1 post count as a joke. Members would occasionally post this outside of Spammerland, landing them a temporary spamming ban.
- Bro meme - All the Elites changed their avatars to have sunglasses in them and their titles to have the word bro, based on the name of a historical and/or pop cultural figure.
- Petitioning - A thread where users gather to prompt an action from a moderator or administrator. Petitions have been used to unban permabanned [see Permaban] users, lock forums (such as when Dragon [see Dragon] petitioned the locking of Spammerland), and demand ridiculous revelations. Usually contains an in-thread poll. Petitioning generally doesn't work at XGen.
- gb2sa - Short form of "Go back to SA/Stick Arena." Commonly used in the Spammerland forum, usually on users deemed to be "SAfags." Whenever a user, especially one from the Stick Arena forum, writes a post using improper grammar or other factors of posts made by inexperienced posters (e.g. d00d, liek I just got fk'd. Spamerland is kewl!"), "gb2sa" is usually a reply. The term is not exclusively used on Stick Arena players, but it was created to be used on them originally.

- Haiku - Users posted messages in a deranged haiku format. Haikus also often included references to 1984 such as "IGNORANCE IN STRENGTH", so this meme was paired with the Elites vs. Proles theme of XGen.
"A. MOOGLEFIGHTER
I JUST REMEMBERED THAT TALKING LIKE THIS WAS A MEME STOP
SO PERHAPS YOU COULD ADD THIS STOP
IGNORANCE IS STRENGTH FULLSTOP"
