Site Administrator

The Site Administrators hold the highest rank in the XGen hierarchy. They have the same abilities as forum moderators and forum administrators, but also have root access to the servers that allow them to upgrade and install new software, and also to edit database entries. This allows them to modify accounts on the MMOCHa servers, the servers behind all of XGen's multiplayer games.
Thus, if a person is having trouble with their in-game account on any of the MMOCHa games (such as Stick Arena or Brotherhood of Battle, for example), they will need to contact a Site Administrator for assistance. This is best accomplished via the forum's private messaging interface.
