Moderator's Lounge

The Moderators Lounge is a private forum which is only accessible to Forum Moderators, Forum Administrators, and Site Administrators. It is used to discuss policy changes, vote on user appeals, and keep track of/converse over other official business that's important to the Moderation Team. If you're a banned member in seek of being given another chance on the boards, the Moderator's Lounge is where your only hope of return is sent. Sending in an appeal for a second(or greater) chance of forgiveness and posting admittance, leaves your XGen Forums fate to the majority of votes that goes on in there. The section fluctuates member wise at all different times; from welcoming new admins and mods, to some relinquishing their earned spots on the board. The Moderator's Lounge, and everyone in it, is kept busy with post reports, user complaints, signature violations and more. While to get into this particular high-up section of the forum requires you to either be working for XGen, or earning your trust over the internet to advance in your status on the forum, it's just another responsibility. There are privileges as well as downfalls to being someone who moderates the site and is allowed to view the most exclusive section of the forum.
