Literature Club

The Literature Club was (and is no longer) an exclusive club on the forums devoted to reading, writing, and books in general. Well-read members joined the club and posted what books they were reading, their favorite authors, book recommendations, and other literary discussions.
History
After it was created by Vagrant on May 25, 2006, The Book Club (its original name at genesis) had a lot of activity. The club had its first forum game created by Frosty on June 3rd, 2006. On August 8, 2007 Justin suggested that since there was an increase of writing in the Book Club, it's name should be changed to the Literature Club; this change took place on August 18, 2007.
The club was merged with the public XGen Art section in 2011 to become the XGen Art/Literature Club, open to all members, where all visual and literary arts are now displayed and discussed.
Activity
When the Book Club first started, it had regular activity. However, the activity dwindled over the years as less members posted about their books, and more became interested primarily in XGen and its games. Due to the club's lack of activity, it was made public and merged with the XGen Art section.
